Creating a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas is a fundamental design feature, making the home feel expansive and sun and light filled, and encouraging flow between the living spaces.
The central stair helps achieve this flow as it links to all interior spaces, distributing diffused light through the three levels of the home.
The integration of construction methods such as CNC fabrication with our BIM modelling allowed for accelerated construction and reduced on-site labor, contributing to efficient and sustainable construction practices.
