New Passive House, Avalon

This house is being designed for a family who have a great affinity with the natural environment. The Client brief included ensuring the new dwelling protected established trees on this steep unusual shaped block.

It will be a carbon neutral, multi-generational home that will allow this highly creative family to relax and be inspired.

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Garigal people who are the traditional owners of the land in this area of Sydney.
